Celebrating Mardi Gras at the
Smithsonian Anacostia Community Museum
Saturday, February 10 • 11am – 4pm.
The museum will hold its annual Mardi Gras event in the galleryThat means more space for exciting art workshops, clowns, magicians, living statues, fortune tellers, face painting, balloon art, storyteller and live music.
Kids and adults can also participate in a community art project called "The Key Idea". The art produced will become part of a future exhibit in the Anacostia Community Museum's Loggia Gallery. For more information http://anacostia.si.edu/Events
