The Key Idea, Inc.  Legal Participation Agreement
By submitting material, including works of art and information, to The Key Idea, Inc. ( “TKI”), you grant TKI
 a perpetual, irrevocable, transferable, royalty-free license to use, reproduce, modify, publish, distribute, and otherwise exercise all non-exclusive copyright and publicity rights with respect to that material at TKI's sole discretion, including storing it on TKI servers and incorporating it in other works in any media now known or later developed including without limitation published books. Submission of material to this community art exhibit or the website, TheKeyIdea.org indicates your agreement with these terms.  TKI may sell, assign, or otherwise transfer all rights conveyed by this release without notice to me. This release will inure to the benefit of the heirs, legal representatives, and assignees TKI. You agree to use a first name/age/photo on the website, social media and printed materials. I have read and understand this notice.  Please contact The Key Idea with questions - TheKeyIdea@gmail.com
