I am thinking about my annual Spider Leg Soup. It's delish! So easy and nutritious too.
Chop up onions, celery and carrots. You determine the quantities depending on how many you'll be serving. Saute until soft then add some chopped chicken brown it a bit. Add some chicken broth Then the spider legs which can be hard to find so I substitute long grain black wild rice. Simmer until the "legs" are soft Create a whirlpool and stir in a beated egg or two. Add a splash of soy sauce and lemon. Voila! You have a holiday classic. I still enjoy this each year even though my kids are grown. Let me know how it works out.

The summer has gone by so quickly! As friends head back to school I am busy renovating the art barn into the new studio space at Cotuit Center for the Arts. There is so much to do to create the space I envision. I am looking for volunteers to help clean, paint and organize. I also have a ramp to install for easier access for friends on wheels. Are you interested? We'll be working all next week. Come join in the fun.
